Biomedical Equipment Tech
Pay : $19/hr
Assures accurate inventory, maintenance, repair, and inspection of equipment - Maintains records of equipment and supplies received, ordered, and loaned. Organizes permanent location and proper storage of supplies and equipment and facilitates consistent availability of supplies. Facilitates the annual inventory for the unit. Provides documentation for inventory/equipment/materials variances. Maintains appropriate records and follows up on all patient care related equipment issues.
Assists Biomedical Department with routine preventive maintenance of all appropriate equipment, communicating with management as issues are identified. Sends records of maintenance activities provided by contract agencies to Purchasing and Biomedical/Engineering, communicating any concerns to manager.
