As a co-op at StandardAero, you will gain hands-on industry experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with our teams that raise the standard of excellence.

Job Duties:
Students may be involved in one or many of the following:
  • Research the viability of a new program or initiative; compile and present statistics.
  • Clean up, edit and update a database.
  • Conduct a failure analysis and investigation.
  • Evaluate and improve efficiency, streamline programs, or cut costs.
  • Perform a study or survey; analyze and present results.
  • Compile employee manuals or develop process directions for tasks.
  • Conduct a cost benefit analysis to upgrade on a specific material/machine.
  • Design tooling or ground support equipment.
  • Work on a continuous improvement project resulting in a measurable improvement.
  • Carries out other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
  • The ability to read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints.
  • The ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • The ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
  • The ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
