Job Description
Role: Technical Business Analyst (with Development)
Location: Tulsa, OK (Houston, TX candidates may also be considered)
Contract Length: 6 months with possibility for conversion
Interview Process: 2 rounds of interviews (1 hour each)
Role Overview:
This position is a hybrid of Business Systems Analysis and Software Development, with approximately a 50/50 split between analysis and hands-on development. The ideal candidate will be comfortable gathering requirements directly from business partners and rapidly translating those requirements into prototypes, automation solutions, and working applications using AI-assisted development tools.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions
  • Leverage AI tools to automate test case creation and accelerate development cycles
  • Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on business requirements
  • Develop small applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools
  • Digitize existing forms and processes using AI-assisted technologies
  • Create reporting solutions and dashboards
  • Support downstream integrations, particularly around ERP systems
  • Participate in Agile development processes and work within Azure DevOps environments
  • Utilize APIs, including AI APIs, to build and enhance applications
