Registered Behavior Technician Cooper City

Join Our Team at Applied ABC

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Applied ABC in Cooper City, FL. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Job Summary:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our experienced ABA therapists to implement evidence-based ABA therapy programs for children with ASD. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Collecting and recording data on client behavior to inform treatment goals and strategies

  • Providing support and reinforcement to children to promote learning and skill acquisition

  • Maintaining a safe and organized therapy environment

  • Communicating effectively with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Requirements:

  • Current RBT certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
