Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a talented, visually-driven creative to join our creative team. Your primary focus will be capturing compelling photography and producing polished graphic design work that brings our brand to life across every platform. You'll collaborate with our creative team to create content that's consistent, intentional, and eye-catching - and if you have video production experience, even better.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Plan and execute photo shoots, campaigns, product features, and brand storytelling
  • Design graphics, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print, including ads, presentations, and web elements

  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all creative output and channels

  • Collaborate with the team to align visuals with campaign goals and messaging

  • Assist with Figma prototypes and web design elements as needed

  • Contribute to video production projects for promotional campaigns and social content (a plus, not a requirement)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Core Focus

At the heart of this role is a passion for photography and graphic design. We're looking for someone with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling, equally comfortable behind a camera as they are in front of a screen. On the design side, you should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Canva) with a confident command of color theory, typography, and layout. You'll also need the ability to apply and protect a consistent brand identity across a wide range of formats and platforms, and the organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without missing a beat.

Beneficial Experience

While not required, experience in video production is a genuine plus. If you've shot and edited video content for social media or promotional campaigns, and are comfortable in Premiere Pro or a similar tool, that skillset will add real value to the team and give you the opportunity to take on a broader creative scope.

SUBMIT YOUR PORTFOLIO:

We'd love to see your work. Please submit a portfolio showcasing examples of your photography, graphic design, and any video production work you may have. We're looking for a body of work that demonstrates your range, your eye for visual storytelling, and your ability to maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic across different formats and mediums. Work from the beauty industry or similar consumer-facing brands is a bonus, but not required.
