Our Corporate Buying Office is looking for a Retail Warehouse Operations Associate to support our Sell-By-Mail Division. This is a Full-Time HQ entry-level position located in Sun Valley, Ca (near Burbank) with a set schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5pm. 
Pay Rate Range: $18.50-$19.50

Job Description 

•  Create prepaid packages to send to our customers and process return shipments to sellers
•  Fold Sell-by-Mail Bags 
•  Stamp Envelopes 
•  Pull UPS upload weekly – checking for errors
•  Ship merchandise to stores and confirm receipt of transfers using UPS World Ship
•  Complete inter-store merchandise transfers 
•  Receive all incoming Sell-by-Mail bags and organize - record damages, separate VIP bags, etc. 
•  Submit UPS lost package investigations 
•  Organize Back Stock weekly according to Inventory standards 
•  Follow donations schedule and pull donations for weekly pickups 
•  Monitor and order Sell-by-Mail supplies 

 
Skills Requirements:

·       Physically able to pack and lift large boxes and bags up to 40lbs 
·       Strong attention to detail 
·       Ability to meet strict deadlines and pivot between 
·       Great communication skills 
·       Sense of urgency, efficiency and positive attitude 
·       Punctual + reliable 
·       Ability to work independently 
·       Operationally Savvy 
·       Experience in retail, warehousing our similar environments
