We are seeking a Caregiver/CNA who is passionate about providing exceptional resident care and helping individuals maintain their highest level of independence and quality of life.
Position Summary
As a Caregiver-Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assist residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and well-being. Your support will play a vital role in helping residents adapt and thrive in a safe, caring environment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility.
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
  • Encourage residents to maintain independence whenever possible.
  • Follow physician orders, care plans, company policies, and state and federal regulations.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Successful completion of required CNA training and in-service education
• Minimum of three (3) months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties preferred
