Job description

We are looking for  Production Operators on 2nd & 3rd shift  with strong experience in maintaining and troubleshooting experience to join our team! 

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Be able and willing to work overtime.  
  • Good communication skills and can work as a team player. 
  • Reliable attendance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company in Fremont, OH! We are looking for safety and quality minded team members that enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with great problem-solving skills and attention to detail. This is not just a job; this is a start to a career in manufacturing.  After 18 months, most team member’s average wage is $23.00 -$24.00 + per hour or more!

We fill these types of jobs:

Finish, Forming, Assembly, Inspectors, Stackers, and more.

Education and Experience Requirements:

·         Must be 18 years of age

·         1 year of Manufacturing experience (Preferred)

Working Environment:

·         Various shifts available:  please include your preference.

·         Regularly works near moving mechanical parts

Physical Demands:

·         Standing/Walking for duration of shift

·         Bending, twisting, turning

·         Additional overtime hours may be available from time to time!

·         Regularly works near moving mechanical parts

·         Must be able to lift and move heavy items (up to 75 lbs for most positions)

·         May be required to work overtime hours from time to time!

·         Respirators may be required depending on the job type

Benefit Conditions:

·         Only full-time employees eligible

Desirable Traits:

·         Must have a strong sense of safety

·         Must have basic Math Skills

·         Must have a willingness to learn and accept coaching to improve

·         Some positions require a strong mechanical aptitude

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, at minimum of 8-hour shifts. Must be able to work all mandatory overtime as required; this could lead to working weekday and weekend overtime.
