Job description

Job Title: Package Assembler
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Location: Milwaukee, WI 53223
Duration: 1 Year (Possible Extension)
Shift: 1st Shift
• Mon-Thu: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Fri: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Description:
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging equipment
• Monitor and adjust packaging processes to improve quality and efficiency
• Package materials/products into containers using automated equipment
• Complete batch records and manufacturing documentation
• Work in a computerized manufacturing environment
• Follow safety guidelines, production standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support manufacturing, packaging, assembly, and distribution operations
• Report equipment malfunctions and process abnormalities
• Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives when needed
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and storage activities as required
Required Skills:
• Basic manufacturing or packaging knowledge
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment
• Safety and quality awareness
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or assembly environments
• Familiarity with automated or semi-automated equipment
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments preferred
Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Experience:
• Entry-level position - little to no prior experience required
• Basic knowledge of production systems and manufacturing procedures preferred
