Federal Way, WA

Are you looking for an entry level customer service position that provides fully paid training? Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Do you have a way of making the complex easier for others to understand? Or are you willing to learn how? In this no sales customer service role, you could find the career boost you're looking for!

What You'll Be Doing...

As a supplemental billing clerk you will be creating supplemental billings and credits for employers participating in the Trust. These supplemental billings and credits are a result of various adjustments including overages and shortages, credits from the employer, seasonal billings, and rate increases. You will also be responsible for:

  • Researching and creating supplemental billings/credits
  • Pursuing refunds of improper contribution
  • Sending out notification letters to employers and local unions
  • Reviewing accounts for supplemental billing
  • Processing account closures and prepare closure files
  • Answering follow up questions from employers and local unions
Who You Are...
  • Detailed. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills
  • Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills--both written and verbal
  • Experienced. One or more years of related experience
  • Organized. Ability to utilize time management to work under pressure and within deadlines
  • Team Player. Work independently as well as being a productive member of a team
