About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our agency, assisting English- and Spanish-speaking clients with their insurance needs.     • Coordinating with back-office operations to resolve issues.
    • Maintaining policies to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth day-to-day service.
  • Bilingual Communication: Use your Spanish and English fluency to assist clients effectively and accurately.
  • Opportunity Identification: Recognize client needs and partner with the sales team to offer tailored solutions.
  • Technology Proficiency: Confidently use office software, customer management systems, and other technologies to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve agency goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Licensing Requirement: Obtain a Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance license within 30 days of your start date. We'll provide the resources and guidance to ensure your success.
