Lamont & Scott Marketing Group is looking for highly-motivated candidates who have great communication skills and leadership qualities and who are confident that they can be groomed from an entry level account manager to management in less than a year. Sales Management Trainees will participate in face to face sales of services to new business prospects.

Lamont & Scott Marketing Group is about providing stability, support and a team-focused environment for its staff. Therefore we need individuals we can start at entry level, learning sales and grow into management roles to help us expand into more locations.
