The Opportunity
As a Bank Platform Transformation - Test Analyst Lead - Sr Associate, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating software systems to identify defects and validate they meet specified requirements. Within our Operations practice, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, combining technical skills with creative thinking to deliver impactful solutions for our clients in the Banking and Capital Markets sector. In this role, you will execute various test cases and scenarios, validating that systems perform as expected and meet client needs.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, using critical thinking to break down intricate concepts and deliver quality work. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, using these moments as opportunities to grow and enhance your personal brand.
In this role at PwC, you will leverage your skills to manage and inspire others, guiding them through ambiguity and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
