Position: Sr. Recruiting Coordinator

Position Overview

Citizens Bank is seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Recruiting/Talent Acquisition team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, ATS/recruiting systems, offer processing, candidate support, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews for entry-level through senior-level positions, including complex multi-interviewer schedules.
  • Manage conference room reservations, video conferencing, candidate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reimbursements.
  • Coordinate candidate start dates with candidates and hiring managers and initiate hiring and preboarding activities.
  • Support recruiters with offer letter creation and quality checks.
  • Assist candidates and recruiting teams with ATS activities, including applications and online offer acceptance through MCI.
  • Troubleshoot recruiting-system issues and escalate issues or trends appropriately.
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Support recruiting and hiring activities based on business-line requirements.
  • Participate in recruiting projects and identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Follow company policies, risk-management practices, compliance requirements, and fair-treatment standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Recruiting Coordination or Talent Acquisition Operations experience.
  • Strong experience with interview scheduling and calendar management.
  • Experience supporting candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS/recruiting systems.
  • Experience with offer processing and preboarding activities.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
