Customer Operations CoordinatorWappingers Falls, NY | On-Site | Monday-Friday | Contract-to-Hire

We're seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to support customer accounts, order processing, reporting, and day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and working in a professional office environment.

Paid training is provided, and no industry-specific experience is required. Candidates with experience in customer service, administration, retail leadership, banking, office support, hospitality, or recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Create and process customer quotes
  • Enter customer orders and ensure information is accurate and complete
  • Generate and maintain reports using Excel and internal systems
  • Research and resolve customer issues from start to finish
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure timely customer support
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other company systems
  • Support various operational and administrative projects

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
