The Federal Savings Bank is seeking driven, entry-level sales professionals ready to launch a rewarding career as an Associate Mortgage Banker. In this full-time, in-office role, you will work in a fast-paced call-center environment while receiving paid hands-on training in phone sales from a team of successful mortgage professionals. With a competitive salary, on-the-job training, and a clear path to advance into a Mortgage Banker role, this opportunity is an excellent fit for motivated individuals eager to build a strong foundation in mortgage sales. 


This position is fully in-office. Applicants must be able to commute to our Miami, FL location five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilizing a dialer to make outbound phone calls to warm leads.
  • Create opportunities for top producing Senior Mortgage Bankers. 
  • Gain an understanding for the purchase and refinance of mortgage home loans.
  • Learn and apply critical sales techniques.
  • Provide fantastic customer service for inbound and outbound calls.
  • Attend monthly office meetings and weekly training sessions to strengthen mortgage industry knowledge and sales skills.
  • Develop consultative sales skills and understand how they support long-term success and advancement in the next role.
  • Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship from experienced mortgage sales professionals.
  • Build the skills and experience needed to pursue future advancement opportunities within the organization.
Requirements:
  • 2-year degree required, 4-year degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, a call-center environment, retail, hospitality, or the food and beverage industry.
  • Comfortable using a computer while communicating with customers by phone.
  • Friendly and outgoing with a strong sales-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving results.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong desire to succeed.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Favorable credit and background check.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment.
