Pay: $8.00–$12.00 per hour

Crunchy B’s is hiring energetic, dependable team members to join our bakery team as Cookie Techs.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll help keep the shop clean, stocked, organized, and ready to serve customers. We are looking for people who can follow instructions, work with a team, move with purpose, and provide friendly customer service.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and portion cookie dough
  • Bake and package cookies
  • Prepare bakery boxes and customer orders
  • Scoop and serve ice cream
  • Operate the register/POS system
  • Greet and assist customers
  • Restock products and supplies
  • Wash dishes and clean work areas
  • Sweep, mop, take out trash, and complete assigned cleaning duties
  • Follow opening and closing procedures
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Complete assigned tasks before the end of each shift

Available Positions

Cookie Tech – $8/hour
Great for entry-level applicants who are ready to learn, work hard, and become part of the Crunchy B’s team.

Cookie Tech / Shift Lead – Up to $12/hour
For dependable team members who can take on more responsibility, help keep the shift organized, assist with opening or closing, and help make sure daily tasks are completed correctly.

Pay and position will be based on experience, availability, responsibility level, and interview performance.
