Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Technical Transformation on the GPS ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting ServiceNow application development for an intelligence community client using ServiceNow development best practices and platform capabilities
  • Configuring and developing solutions across ServiceNow modules such as Strategic Portfolio Management, Information Technology Service Management, Customer Service Management, and Service Portal
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders, information technology personnel, process subject matter specialists, and engineering and support teams to assess processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Designing, implementing, testing, deploying, supporting, and operating ServiceNow Robotic Process Automation solutions in the client environment
  • Serving as a process engineer, technology implementer, solution developer, and client advisor across the engagement

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with an active polygraph
  • 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in back-end development
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow modules such as Strategic Portfolio Management, Information Technology Service Management, Customer Service Management, or Service Portal
  • Ability to work on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, Virginia
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
  • Master's degree
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • Experience administering or managing the ServiceNow platform
