As a Rental Agent, you’ll be the first person our customers interact with, helping them select the right vehicle and services while delivering a friendly and efficient rental experience that keeps them coming back.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers with the rental process from start to finish
  • Utilize proven sales techniques and SOE-driven service standards to recommend upgrades, protections, and additional services
  • Deliver efficient, friendly, and professional customer service
  • Accurately process rental transactions using our computer systems
  • Work as part of a team focused on sales performance, service excellence, and operational efficiency
