Pay: $22 base pay plus performance bonuses

Shift : 7am - 3:30pm (paid lunch)

Job Description

The Gutter Cleaner / Gutter Technician role focuses on cleaning residential gutters and downspouts as part of a safety-focused team. You work outdoors, use ladders to access rooftops, remove debris from gutters, and help maintain clean, professional worksites while following established safety procedures. This is an entry-level opportunity with no experience required and strong earning potential through performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Clean gutters and downspouts on residential properties to ensure proper water drainage.
  • Remove leaves, debris, and other buildup from gutters and roofline areas.
  • Work as part of a team to complete assigned jobs efficiently and on schedule.
  • Safely climb ladders and access residential rooftops when required to perform cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite at all times.
  • Follow all company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines while on ladders, roofs, and job sites.
