Job description

Hiring Production Worker / Assembler (Entry-Level) – Redmond, WA

Shift : 5AM - 4PM (Mon-Thurs) & OT on Friday

Pay : $25.13/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble parts, components, and sub-assemblies
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools/equipment
  • Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
  • Rotate between assembly and production workstations
  • Load and unload materials
  • Support warehouse and production operations
  • Take measurements and maintain production records/counts
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Minimum Qualifications
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting 20–50 lbs regularly
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Willingness to learn and be trained
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse environments
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools
  • Mechanical aptitude or hands-on technical experience

Pay and Benefits
