Service Technician

Job Description

This Service Technician role encompasses a territory including DC, MD, NOVA. The Service Technician will be responsible for servicing all company equipment, such as Non-Carbonated dispensers, fountain beverage equipment, ice makers, and juice dispensers. Operating under the supervision of operations leadership, the role demands a high standard of service and commitment to success for customers, partners, and team members. Technicians will work with minimal supervision and are expected to attend weekly meetings at their Service Center. A vehicle, uniforms, tools, cell phone, tablet, and gas card will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond promptly to dispatched service calls based on estimated time of arrival (ETA).
  • Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot or diagnose service problems, completing repairs as needed.
  • Check quality of all products by inspecting syrup levels, changing out flavors, and cleaning around machines.
  • Maintain inventory and upkeep on equipment, including parts, tools, and company vehicle.
  • Review service orders and performed services with the supervisor.
  • Communicate customer concerns, needs, and up-selling opportunities to the supervisor.
  • Document all work performed and close out activities upon completion.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and co-workers.
  • Perform general warehouse duties such as cleaning, organizing, rotating product, and shipping and receiving equipment, parts, and products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
