Position: Advanced Automotive Technician (Service Specialist / Advanced Specialist)
Our Advanced Specialists perform high-level maintenance and repair services that keep customers confident in the safety and performance of their vehicles.
You'll be cross-trained across all roles, giving you more skills, more versatility, and more earning potential.
What You'll Do (High-Impact Responsibilities)
  • Provide unbiased, accurate service recommendations based on technician findings and manufacturer guidelines
  • Deliver efficient, safety-focused customer service
  • Perform advanced automotive services across major systems: engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, tires, spark plugs, batteries
  • Complete preventive maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, light replacements, and wiper installations
  • Stay compliant with OSHA, state regulations, and Jiffy Lube standards
  • Participate in on-site and e-learning training
  • Support marketing events and promotions
  • Maintain accurate customer, service, and inventory records
  • Assist with stocking and inventory management
  • Perform basic housekeeping and minor building maintenance
  • Build strong customer loyalty by ensuring top-quality workmanship and satisfaction

Requirements
  • 2+ years of automotive service experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong commitment to safety procedures
  • Willingness to grow through continuous training
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
  • Able to bend, reach, crawl, stoop, and climb stairs
  • Comfortable working in enclosed or semi-outdoor environments
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
