What You’ll Do:

  • Work alongside experienced Retrofit Technician Team Leads to learn and perform basic automotive repairs.
  • Assist with part removals, installations, and vehicle modifications.
  • Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced tools.
  • Support programming and module reconfiguration processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety procedures.
  • Participate in team safety meetings and technical training sessions.
  • Demonstrate Suburban Automotive Services’ DRIVEN values and contribute to our mission of excellence.

What You Bring:

  • A strong passion for cars and hands-on mechanical work.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow under the mentorship of seasoned technicians.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience (preferred but not required).
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
  • Valid Driver's License with an adequate driving record.
