TPC is seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented Analyst to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role designed for a recent or soon-to-be college graduate who is eager to build a career at the intersection of finance, technology, and structured transactions. We are a fast-paced financial engineering and structuring platform, and this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, is intellectually curious, and is ready to take on meaningful responsibility from day one.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the structuring and execution of complex financial transactions
  • Build and maintain Excel models for underwriting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, investment materials, and internal reporting
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and workflow optimization
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations teams
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and insight generation

What We're Looking For:

  • Recent or upcoming graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
