Hourly base pay rate is $18.17 - $27.21/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

General Service Tech: Hourly Pay Range: 120% Geo: $18.17 - $27.21 per hour

Automotive Technician Level 1: Hourly Pay Range: 120% Geo: $24.09 - $36.11 per hour

Automotive Technician Level 2: Hourly Pay Range: 120% Geo: $26.44 - $39.71 per hour

Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, Day Shift

RoleSpecific Requirements

General Service Tech - $1,500 Bonus

Summary: Entrylevel role you'll get your hands dirty learning the ins and outs of the automotive technician field. With guidance, you'll develop new skills to add to your growing toolbox.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Generally, less than 2 years of experience.

  • The ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.

  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.

Preferred:

  • A high school diploma or GED.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an entry-level auto tech performing light duty maintenance.

  • Gain familiarity with auto maintenance concepts and practices.

  • Perform auto maintenance tech duties, including oil and filter change, fuel filter change, transmission flush and vehicle inspection.

  • Perform battery testing, maintenance and replacement.

  • Perform various repairs including tires, safety inspections and interior/exterior components.

  • Comply with regulations regarding recyclables, fluids, tires and disposable trash.

Automotive Technician Level 1- $3,000 Bonus

Summary: You'll perform light duty work as an intermediate-level auto tech. You'll improve your skills in a supportive environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 or more years of related work experience.

  • The ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.

  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required

Preferred:

  • A high school diploma or GED

  • Current ASE Certifications: G1, A4, A5 status when required by leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform auto maintenance tech duties, including oil and filter change, fuel filter change, transmission flush, spark plugs and vehicle inspection.

  • Perform battery testing, maintenance and replacement and testing and repairing of starting and charging electrical systems.

  • Perform various repairs including tires, safety inspections, rear main seal, timing covers, radiators, suspension components and interior/exterior components.

  • Diagnose and repair brake systems, steering and suspension systems.

  • Perform an evacuation and recharge on the AC system.

  • Perform maintenance on equipment.

  • Utilize approved vendors to obtain parts.

  • May up fit new vehicles with necessary equipment

  • Complies with applicable procedures and regulations regarding recyclables, fluids, tires, and disposable trash.

Automotive Technician Level 2 - $7,000 Bonus

Summary: You'll get your hands dirty serving as a mid-level auto tech performing medium-duty work.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of vehicle service and repair experience.

  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.

  • The ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.

Preferred

  • A high school diploma or GED.

  • Current ASE Certification: G1, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8 when required by leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing highly skilled maintenance and repairs for all vehicles.

  • Performing diagnostics which may include brake components, tires, suspension components, drivability and complete repairs.

  • Performing advanced diagnostics, which may include charging, starting, AC, OBDII, drivability, electrical systems and complete repairs.

  • Completing mechanical inspection including required measurements, which may include interior/exterior components, engine and drive line components, under hood inspection and document deficiencies.

  • Complying with applicable procedures and regulations regarding recyclables, fluids, tires and disposable trash.

  • May be required to perform OEM recalls.

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
