Carma Automotive Group is growing and we're looking for an entry-level automotive technician to join our team!
No advanced experience required — if you're motivated, dependable, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at a busy dealership and repair shop with room to grow.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform oil and fluid changes
• Rotate tires and perform basic brake services
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
• Assist senior technicians with general repairs
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Document services performed on repair orders
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance preferred
• Willingness to learn — we will train the right person
• Must be reliable and have own transportation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Prior shop or lube center experience is a plus
