Employees in these positions help customers with policy information, process claims, explain coverage options, and support the daily operations of the insurance business. Entry level positions are ideal for those new to the insurance industry and often provide on-the-job training. Advancement opportunities are available with experience and additional licensing or certifications.

Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities help agents effectively assist clients and build trust. These skills are vital for ensuring accurate policy processing, regulatory compliance, and positive customer experiences in a competitive industry.
