What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Entry Level Auto Insurance Agent, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Entry Level Auto Insurance Agent, you need strong customer service skills, basic knowledge of insurance principles, and typically a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with insurance management systems, quoting software, and sometimes state insurance licensing is often required. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities help agents effectively assist clients and build trust. These skills are vital for ensuring accurate policy processing, regulatory compliance, and positive customer experiences in a competitive industry.

What are entry level auto insurance jobs?

Entry level auto insurance jobs are positions within insurance companies or agencies that do not require extensive experience or specialized knowledge. These roles often include job titles like claims adjuster, customer service representative, sales agent, or underwriting assistant. Employees in these positions help customers with policy information, process claims, explain coverage options, and support the daily operations of the insurance business. Entry level positions are ideal for those new to the insurance industry and often provide on-the-job training. Advancement opportunities are available with experience and additional licensing or certifications.

Job description

Clean Team Is Hiring!

Clean Team has been a trusted name in the commercial cleaning industry since 1996. What began as a small, familyfounded business has grown into a rapidly expanding national janitorial and supply company known for reliability, professionalism, and strong leadership development. Our growth has been fueled by both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, and we continue to add new accounts every week. As we grow, we remain committed to the values that shaped our company from the beginning: teamwork, integrity, and a genuine respect for the people who make our success possible.

We proudly serve a wide range of industries, including educational facilities, office buildings, industrial environments, healthcare settings, and specialized commercial spaces. When you join Clean Team, you become part of a highperforming organization that values excellence and collaboration. Every employee plays an important role in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for the clients who depend on us.

This position is especially wellsuited for retirees, stayathome parents, or anyone seeking additional income in a calm, predictable, and lowstress setting. It is also a great opportunity for individuals who want to turn a parttime job into a longterm career with room for advancement. Clean Team believes in promoting from within, and many of our supervisors and managers began in entrylevel cleaning roles just like this one.

In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas to meet company and client standards within the scheduled timeframe. You will be expected to deliver friendly and reliable service, ensure that cleaning equipment is properly cared for, and report any damages, maintenance needs, or security concerns promptly. When client requests or concerns arise, you will address them professionally and communicate anything requiring followup to your supervisor. Keeping supplies stocked and notifying the team of shortages is also an important part of maintaining smooth operations. Above all, you will be expected to follow all health, safety, and company policies to ensure a safe and consistent work environment.

Candidates who thrive in this role are selfmotivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently. Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required; what matters most is a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service. Good timemanagement skills and the ability to stay organized during your shift will help you succeed.

Clean Team offers a supportive and collaborative workplace where employees are treated with respect. We provide opportunities for growth, flexible scheduling options, and a safe, secure environment where you can feel confident and valued.

This position is parttime, with shifts scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. The role is located in Sebree, Kentucky, and serves the surrounding zip codes of 42455 and 42420.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and active auto insurance.

If you take pride in your work, enjoy helping others, and want to be part of a company that is building something extraordinary, we encourage you to apply. Your future with Clean Team starts here.
