Auto Claims Adjuster (Bilingual) | Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
We are working with a reputable Southeast based auto insurance carrier that’s seeking an experienced Auto Claims Adjuster with Florida experience to join their claims team. This opportunity offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
 
Position Overview:
Handle Auto claims (BI, PD) from investigation through settlement, working with customers, attorneys, medical providers, and other insurance professionals. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining professional relationships.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate, evaluate, and settle auto liability, property damage, collision, comprehensive claims including establishing coverage and negotiating settlements with medical providers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and organized diary management
  • Communicate effectively with claimants, witnesses, attorneys, medical providers, and stakeholders
  • Utilize industry research tools and databases
  • Identify claims requiring special investigation
  • Stay current on Florida claims laws and regulations
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of General Auto adjusting / claims experience with automobile claims in Florida
  • Active Florida All Lines Adjuster License (FL 620) required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently remotely
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and claims management systems
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
