Delaware North Gaming is hiring for a full-time Audio Visual Technician to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. If you have a passion to work with a collaborative team in an exhilarating environment, do not delay applying to your new career. As an AV Technician, you will be working under the direction of the CCTV Manager to operate the video camera and tote board operation during the live racing season, in accordance with state gaming regulations and company policies.   • Responsible for operating video cameras, following the live action on the racetrack
  • Understand racing jargon, classes, stakes, wagering, and colors
  • Clean and maintain work area, protecting equipment from weather
  • Professional conduct toward guests and team members
  • Maintain communication and dialogue with the CCTV manager for scheduling

  • Be licensed by the appropriate state gaming regulation
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and learn quickly

  • Ability to climb camera towers to approximately 60 ft
