Join Our Memphis Team as a Videographer & Photographer

Job Summary

As a Videographer & Photography Specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports Auto-Chlor’s marketing and training initiatives. This role is focused on planning, filming, editing, and delivering professional video and photography assets that highlight our people, products, and operations.

This is a hands-on production role ideal for someone who thrives behind the camera and enjoys bringing stories to life through polished visual content.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $28–$30/hour
Travel: Approximately 20% (branch visits for filming and photography)
Location: Office-based in Memphis with dedicated creative workspace

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Video Production

  • Plan and execute on-site video and photography shoots
  • Film professional interview-style content featuring employees and customers
  • Capture product, facility, and operational footage for marketing and internal use
  • Edit video content for internal training, social media, website use, and marketing initiatives
  • Optimize video and photography assets for various platforms and formats
  • Maintain and organize a digital media asset library
  • Manage and maintain video and photography equipment inventory
  • Coordinate shoot logistics, including scheduling, location preparation, lighting, and audio setup
  • Ensure proper lighting, sound quality, and overall production standards across various environments

Training & Internal Content Production

  • Review scripts and collaborate with subject matter experts to determine the most effective production approach
  • Record staged and unscripted footage for training materials
  • Edit content to remove extraneous footage and incorporate clean, branded graphics and typography
  • Deliver polished final products aligned with brand guidelines

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional videography and photography experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate, interview-style, or professional brand content
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects preferred)
  • Experience operating professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling ability
  • Ability to manage multiple production projects and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable directing on-camera talent during interviews and shoots
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience producing content in corporate or B2B environments
  • Familiarity with branded typography and basic motion graphics
  • Experience with graphic design, capable of creating/editing simple layouts
