Tech Install Specialist $865+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
  • Valid Driver License and Clean Driving Record
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Hands-on experience in IT installation, networking, or infrastructure deployment.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute onsite installation work independently within defined scope.
  • Working technical skills across structured cabling, switching, Wi-Fi, server/NAS deployment, and endpoint imaging.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-facing professionalism in office environments.
  • CompTIA A+ required; Network+ strongly preferred; vendor certifications (Meraki, Aruba, Unifi, Microsoft) a plus.
  • Execute assigned onsite installation projects end-to-end: deploy, configure, validate, and hand off within scope and schedule.
  • Verify readiness before every install: scope confirmed, parts on hand, site access scheduled, run-of-show understood.
  • Follow project plans and work instructions with precision; communicate status, blockers, and completions in real time.
  • Validate functionality, security baselines, and customer acceptance criteria before leaving any site.
  • Update Documentation Systems (as-builts, configs, diagrams, credentials) as part of every completion.
