Your Responsibilities as a Master Craftsman - Working Project Manager:

  • Transform Dreams into Reality: Be the trusted guide for clients, understanding their vision, offering expert insights, and creating strong relationships. You'll ensure they feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
  • Lead with Expertise: Sell, plan, manage, and execute remodeling projects from start to finish, delivering superior craftsmanship while maintaining a healthy profit margin. Your hands-on work will include framing, drywall, carpentry, tile work, painting, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Collaborate Seamlessly: Work closely with designers, architects, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to bring plans and specifications to life.
  • Inspire Client Satisfaction: Build a reputation for exceptional service, keeping worksites clean and organized, addressing concerns promptly, and delivering high-quality results that exceed expectations. (We have a ridiculously high standard for all our work and are proud of everything we put our name on!)
  • Mentor the Next Generation: Train and mentor a project assistant, sharing technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the values of quality workmanship and client care.

Qualifications of Master Craftsman - Working Project Manager:

  • Proven track record for successfully leading high-end remodeling projects.
  • Proven top sales performer for residential remodeling in Lexington, KY, or a similar market.
  • Proficient knowledge and skill in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, tile setting and more.
  • Experience working with architects and engineers to carry out successful remodeling and build projects.
  • Excel in high-growth environments.
  • A valid driver's license, tools for the job, and the ability to work year-round in all conditions.
  • Disciplined in learning new things and developing yourself personally and professionally.

How We Take Care Of Our Master Craftsman - Working Project Manager:

Pay: $40-$60 per hour, including base pay, benefits and bonuses based on performance.

Career Growth: As you hit the benchmarks, Master Craftsman can earn $120,000+ per year.

No Weekends: We work hard Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm, but your weekends are yours.

Paid Time Off (PTO): Enjoy 5 weeks of paid time off (15 days of scheduled holidays and 10 days of vacation time) .

Professional Equipment: We provide a Mercedes Sprinter high top van and a tablet to help you succeed in your role.

Supportive Team: You'll work alongside talented, professional craftsmen in a collaborative environment that values teamwork and excellence.

Administrative Support: Our Office Manager handles all the calls, paperwork, and scheduling so that you can dedicate more time to the craftsmanship of the project.

Parental Leave: 3 weeks of paid paternity leave/ 6 weeks of paid maternity leave.


Career Opportunities:

Master Craftsman - Level 3: $40 - $60/hour

Craftsman - Level 2: $35 - $45/hour

Lead Carpenter - Level 1: $30 - $40/hour
