Role Summary
TESIM Electric is seeking a Procurement Assistant / Junior Buyer to support material purchasing, order tracking, vendor communication, and project delivery needs. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work.
What You’ll Do
• Request quotes, prepare routine purchase information, and update procurement logs.
• Track order acknowledgments, submittals, delivery dates, and backorders.
• Communicate with vendors and project teams about status and missing information.
• Maintain organized purchasing records and help compare price, availability, and lead time.
What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years in purchasing, retail inventory, customer service, warehouse administration, or office support.
• Basic Excel, email, math, and organizational skills.
• Professional vendor communication and willingness to learn electrical materials.
