What You'll DoYou'll be a key part of our production floor — preparing materials, assembling components, and supporting our welding operations to deliver precision-built products. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail directly impacts quality.
- Measure, cut, and prep materials for welding per specifications
- Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
- Set up welding equipment and stage materials to support welders
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep your work area clean and safe
- Document any deviations from standard processes
- Contribute ideas for continuous process improvement
