Your workload will often be structured to balance practical learning with formal instruction, ensuring you gain both technical skills and industry knowledge. Team collaboration is common, and you'll likely work closely with mentors who provide guidance and feedback. This structured environment is designed to support your growth and prepare you for more advanced roles in the field.
