  • Accurately complete job documentation, timesheets, and apprenticeship records

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite, tools, and service vehicle

  • Actively participate in the Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training (AIT) program, including attending technical training and logging required hours

Required Qualifications

    • Driver’s abstract (if required)

  • Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow direction

  • Professional attitude suitable for a client-facing environment

Skills & Attributes
  • Mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in the electrical trade

  • Basic understanding of electrical theory, tools, and safe work practices

  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Pride in quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness

Working Conditions
  • Residential and light commercial job sites across the Greater Edmonton Area

  • Monday to Friday, typically 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required based on workload)

  • Physically demanding work including lifting up to 35 lbs, climbing ladders, working at heights, and in confined spaces

  • Year-round work with a stable and supportive team environment

Why Join MMi Electrical Services?
  • Hands-on mentorship from experienced Journeyman Electricians

  • Support for apprenticeship progression and technical training

  • Professional, safety-focused work environment

  • Opportunity to grow with a respected local electrical contractor

  • Steady residential work with variety across projects
