We're looking for a Business Analyst/Power Platform Developer to help design, build, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. This role focuses primarily on Canvas Apps, with growing exposure to Dataverse, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities across the platform.

Job Duties:

• Build and maintain Canvas Apps in Power Apps to solve real business problems, from simple data-entry tools to more complex workflow apps

• Connect apps to Dataverse, SharePoint, and other common data sources

• Write and troubleshoot Power Fx formulas for app logic, validation, and data manipulation

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional app designs

• Support integration of Canvas Apps with Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, and automated processes

• Test apps for functionality, usability, and performance before release

• Participate in code/app reviews with senior developers to learn platform best practices

• Stay current on new Power Platform and Copilot features through Microsoft Learn and internal training

Job Qualifications:

• Experience with Power Apps (internship, coursework, personal projects, or professional experience all count)

• Basic understanding of Power Fx or a comparable formula/expression language (Excel formulas count as a starting point)

• Familiarity with relational data concepts (tables, relationships, primary/foreign keys)

• Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience designing user-friendly, business-focused applications

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Good communication skills — comfortable asking questions and explaining technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
