Work With Animals Every Day
Our privately owned small animal veterinary hospital in Coram, NY is hiring a Kennel Assistant / Animal Care Attendant to support our boarding and hospital care teams.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with animals and want exposure to a veterinary hospital environment.
What You'll Do
  • Care for boarding and hospitalized pets
  • Feed, walk, and monitor animals
  • Clean kennels, cages, and hospital areas
  • Maintain hospital cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Observe pets and report concerns to medical staff
  • Assist with laundry, stocking, and daily hospital upkeep
  • Provide comfort and enrichment to animals in our care

Schedule Requirements
  • Weekend and holiday availability required (boarding care coverage as needed)
  • Rotating schedule
  • Full-time or part-time options available
