Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy recent college graduate to join our US Purchasing team as a Procurement Systems Analyst. This hybrid role is pivotal in supporting the deployment and adoption of Coupa, our new procurement platform, and advancing AI-driven enhancements across purchasing processes to boost team efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the rollout, configuration, and user adoption of Coupa across multiple US locations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Purchasing, Finance & Operations) to troubleshoot, customize, and optimize Coupa workflows
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing purchasing data to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements
  • Partner with AI specialists to implement and monitor intelligent automation and analytics projects within purchasing
  • Develop training materials and provide end-user support to facilitate smooth platform integration
  • Continuously research emerging procurement technologies and AI applications relevant to purchasing operations
  • Document processes, best practices, and lessons learned to enable continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, AI, or related field (recent graduate)
  • Strong interest in procurement technology, digital transformation, and AI applications
  • Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain management concepts preferred
