Job description

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will work primarily with children with autism spectrum disorder in a clinic or center-based setting. The role involves supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians, applying evidence-based interventions such as natural environment teaching (NET), discrete trial training (DTT), and the verbal behavior approach. The BCBA will occasionally travel for home visits and collaborate closely with team members and families to support client progress.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavior assessments to identify client needs
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust strategies
  • Train and supervise RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Monitor progress through regular data collection and review
