  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical mindset; you don’t just spot a problem; you actively look for a way to build a process to fix it.
  • Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills with the polish required to interact with high-achieving students and families.
  • Adaptability: A strong "no task too small, no challenge too big" attitude. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly as business needs evolve.
  • Tech-Savvy: High proficiency with modern workplace tools (e.g., CRMs, project management software, Google Workspace/Excel).

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary and performance incentives. ($20.00 - 26.00/hour, commensurate with experience)
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Clear Path to Advancement: We actively look to promote from within. A successful analyst will have the opportunity to quickly transition into higher-level operational management or consultative client-facing roles.
  • Mentorship from industry veterans and exposure to the strategic side of business growth.
