Safe Delivery Logistics is a Delivery Service Partner in Hanover, MD. This is a fast-paced, active job for people who enjoy being on the road and working independently.

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Field Operations Supervisor to support daily delivery operations, driver performance, and dispatch execution.

Previous Amazon DSP experience is required.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the pace and pressure of a DSP environment and can help lead operations in real time while supporting both drivers and dispatch.

This is not a desk-only role. We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, problem solve under pressure, support drivers in the field, and help keep operations running smoothly day-to-day.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily dispatch and route execution
  • Assist with driver coaching, accountability, and engagement
  • Help manage callouts, rescues, and operational escalations
  • Monitor delivery performance and safety compliance
  • Conduct ride-alongs and field support as needed
  • Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and operational reporting
  • Communicate with drivers and leadership throughout the day
  • Step into operational gaps when necessary to support the team
  • Deliver routes or assist on-road as needed to support operations

  • Must be reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
  • Must be willing and able to drive delivery routes as needed
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Weekend availability required
