Job description

We are seeking an AI/ML Software Engineer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ. This is 36 months W2 contract opportunity.
Location: Pennigton, NJ
Rate: DOE
This role is responsible to design, develop, and deploy intelligent software solutions using Python and modern AI/ML techniques. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable applications, develop machine learning models, and integrate AI capabilities into business systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy intelligent software solutions using Python and modern AI/ML techniques
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to build scalable applications, develop machine learning models, and integrate AI capabilities into business systems

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Strong proficiency in Python for building production grade applications and services
  • Experience in Orchestra AI
  • Hands on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit learn)
  • Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks
  • Solid understanding of data processing and analytics using libraries such as pandas and NumPy
  • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs using Springboot and microservices
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  • Knowledge of model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps concepts
  • Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative Agile development
  • Understanding of secure data handling and software engineering best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross functionally
