Job description

Job Title: Voice AI Agent Developer 

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: 12 Months Contract 

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years experience working on Retail AI platform having implemented voice agents in production within a contact center environment.
  • Should also have Agentic AI experience.
  • Experience integrating retell with VOIP call center technologies like Vonage, Twilio is needed.
  • 2 to 3 years experience working on AWS platform, integration experience with AWS services such as API gateway, webservices, lambda, python, cdk, eventbridge, bedrock is required.
  • Database experience with Aurora MySQL desired.
  • Must be a critical thinker and have a go getter attitude.
