  • Build robust and diverse pipelines of candidates in line with the Talent team's priorities
  • Provide personal, tailored outbound communication to prospects and candidates
  • Collaborate with the Talent team and Hiring Managers to understand the desired skills and qualifications for each role
  • Design and own recruiting projects and initiatives to improve current processes; an exceptional candidate experience is top priority
  • Regularly track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data with internal stakeholders
  • Represent the company with transparency, integrity, and professionalism
  • Additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

Here are the skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:

  • A passion for HR and Recruiting
  • Proficient in prioritizing and self-managing
  • Thrives in an autonomous role but enjoys team camaraderie
  • Problem-solving across all stages of the hiring process
  • Understanding job-personality fit
  • Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Personable with a great work ethic and positive attitude
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • BA/BS degree preferred

What we’re looking for:

  • Upbeat, outgoing personality
  • Team player
  • Confident and assured
  • Motivated and competitive
