Operating state-of-the-art facilities in select seaside ports to meet our customer's freight-shipping needs. We are committed to creating superior customer satisfaction and loyalty by enhancing our customer's supply chain effectiveness with convenient and reliable transportation solutions.For this entry level position, the ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills along with strong computer proficiency. Also, good organizational skills with a high attention to detail while being able to work in a fast paced environment is necessary. This position will be located in our Saint John, NB office. As well, the ideal candidate will have:Post-Secondary EducationExperience in International Import/Export trade and /or transportation documentation.Must be comfortable in a computerized environment with working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel).Bilingual-English/French would be considered an asset.Specific duties include:Daily communication with customers/agents.Data entry.Preparation and distribution of shipping documents.Proactive resolution of specific customer related issues.Communicate with operations and administration personnel Company-wide as required to meet objectives, deadlines and customer needs.
