Adler Pelzer Group - a growing global Tier One supplier of Acoustic and Soft Trim products to the automotive industry is seeking for a driven, fluent in Korean, entry-level Key Account Manager to manage the Korean OEMs and join the team of the North American HQ in Troy, MI.
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for developing and guiding customer requirements and relationships to support the company's commercial and acquisition objectives in the North American Region, specifically related to the Korean accounts.
A successful candidate for the KAM role will be fluent in Korean and have strong mathematical, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills to manage the sales processes.
Responsibilities of the Key Account Manager:
  • Overall responsibility of the RFQ process and coordination of sales activities
  • Collect, follow up, and analyze important data to prepare RFQs
  • Responsible for collecting and analyzing key data for customer engineering changes
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams to meet objectives and due dates
  • Set up and follow-up customer calls daily
  • Responsible for producing monthly sales reports (acquisition plan, KAM report, etc.)
  • Discuss and define customer sales strategies
