Astin Partners, LLC is seeking a self-directed, highly motivated individual to serve as an Accounting Assistant supporting multiple functions across multiple companies. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: • Two years of experience in an accounts payable and/or accounts receivable role preferred. • Experience reconciling accounts, including identifying discrepancies and resolving variances. • Must be able to learn and adapt to multiple functions within the accounting group. • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred. • Excellent telephone and customer service skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Must have a strong command of the English language, both oral and written. Please include in your resume or cover letter the accounting and other software you have used, along with your proficiency level for each. Astin Partners is an EEO Employer.
