We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Financial Services Professionals. In this role, you will support financial advisors and investors by delivering exceptional service and helping navigate a wide range of account and transaction inquiries.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for financial advisors and investors
  • Handle 25–30 inbound client contacts daily, ranging from basic questions to more complex transaction support
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to research and resolve client inquiries
  • Apply critical thinking skills to provide real-time problem resolution
  • Deliver a high-quality, empathetic customer experience on every interaction
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program, including hands-on coaching and guided practice
  • Continuously learn and develop new skills, with potential opportunities to cross-train in additional areas

  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification
  • Educational knowledge or experience in financial services

Work Environment
  • 100% remote (must reside in Ft. Mill or Charlotte area)
  • Initial onboarding includes equipment pickup (in-office day one)
  • Fast-paced, team-oriented contact center environment
  • High-volume inbound support (25–30 contacts per day)
  • Flexible scheduling options:
    • 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts), or
  • 5-day workweek (8-hour shifts)
    • (schedule assigned based on business needs)

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
