We are seeking an ambitious, outgoing, career-oriented P&C licensed service/sales professional to join our team. You will be speaking with customers on the phone and willing to build and develop new customer relationships and maintain existing clients.


The right candidate can expect to make $60k-$90k a year. 


Responsibilities depending on Service or Sales role

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to succeed every day.
  • Take customer payments, update policies, file documents. 

Requirements

  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively present our products to potential clients
  • Property and Casualty licensed and willing to get life licensed
